Characteristic of Indian cuisine.India, belonging to the tropics from the abundant wood was used to cooking spices to create that distinctive taste of India.
spice is good for health because it used as medicinal herbs.
Nan put only water and salt to the flour bread is made of flat triangular shape, baked in the tandoor (It's North indian major food, south india eat rice)
sweet lassi is called sweet yogurt (contains the mango and pineapple)
2. Introduce restaurant

The restaurant has 15 tables sit in groups of four.

3. What did you order? How did it taste?
We orderd 2 servings of seven set of dishes.
(samosa, soup, Nepali salad, curry(mutton), tandoori chicken, plain Nan, sweet Lassi)
- dumplings(samosa) are oily feeling and Filled in the mouth indian. curry and vegetables are squashed.
- mutton soup was diluted soft.
- Nepali salad is slightly spicy salad.India curry(mutton) are oily feeling
- -with plain Nan(made from wheat flour) eating dipped in curry.
- Tandoori chicken was the most dilicious of all food and overall a meal turned red.
- Sweet Lassi beverages containing mango pulp. tastes yogult.
4. Talk about prices
2 sercings of seven sets of dishes cost is twnty - seven thousand won.
5. Conclusion Good things + bad things.

We have few menu for Nepali foods.
So, , we want to serve the taste of India That's why we r using low quantity of oil..
Samosa is deep fried in oil, & some curry we r making in oil ...
Am very sorry for that.. From next time ill care for that..
