We know, jajangmyeon as a representative of chinese food.
So, we try to introduce ourselves to eat a variety of chinese food, and not jajangmyeon.
I visited china factory, with my study partner Jaeeun.
China factory is a chain.
We went near the gangnam station.












Buried inside was a modern, wide chinese style interior.















The store was easy to find but we had to park far away for parking was difficult.
So, it would be good to use public transportation.
Here are three kinds of main dishes to choose.
So, we ordered six different dishes.

We ordered golden fried chicken with lemon sauce, fried chicken with spicy sauce,
fried lotus root on the top shrimp salad with lemon sauce,
fried shrimps with chili sauce, and noodles with seafood in sichuan style broth.

Here while waiting to order food, can eat free dimsum.

Golden fried chicken with lemon sauce is good.
It was fried chicken in lemon sauce.
It was so fresh, tender, and acidic.

Fried chicken with spicy sauce is good.
I was fried chicken with spicy sauce, as you might guess.
It was chewy, crunchy , and savory.

Fried lotus root on the top shrimp salad withe lemon sauce is not good.
It was fried shrimp on top of vegetables and lemon sauce.
But the lemon sauce is much too sour. So, it was bad.
But it was so fresh and light.

Sweet and sour pork is pretty good.
It was fried pork with sweet sauce.
It was chewy, sweet, and crisp.

Fried shrimps with chili sauce is very good.
It was delicious, garlicky and salty.

Noodles with sea food in sichuan style broth.
It was noodles with seafood.
It was hot, spicy and cool.
I think that it was the best dishes.

I ate and then i feel so good!
Because of the friendly service and delicious dishes.
But the store was too big, too crowded and noisy.
China factory good thing is the staff are friendly , the dimsum bar is free
And can eat a variety of dishes.
But it is a little bit expensive,
One person is about thirty thousand won.
So, i want to go back on special occasions.
